A high-end Blow-Fill-Seal aseptic production line is capable of filling and finishing up to 15,000 doses an hour. To ensure consistent quality, creating the right mold is essential.
That is why Apiject’s BFS team includes expert mold designers with more than 50 combined years of experience.
At the Apiject Technology Development Center in the Orlando area, our team designs and creates molds for the development process, as well as designing commercial molds. This facility includes the capabilities for 3D mold design, CMC machines, mold repair, and quality inspection.
Our experienced team designs molds for both shuttle and rotary BFS machines, and that can serve a wide range of output volumes.
