Affordable Single-Dose Format Increases Access

Single-dose vials can be too expensive for many markets, while multi-dose vials can result in high wastage and are often used in an unsafe manner. That is why the quality and affordability of the Apiject Platform has the potential to improve access to injectable medicines without compromising safety.

Improve Safety & Eliminate Syringe Reuse

More than a million people die every year due to bloodborne diseases they get from unsafe medical injections. This is why every Apiject device Marc Koska OBE and his team design is single-use – so we can prevent iatrogenic injections from spreading and transmitting HIV, Hepatitis, and other diseases.

Vaccine Transport

More Compact & Durable to Transport

Many areas of the world are hard to reach and greatly increase the likelihood of glass vials breaking in transit. Apiject devices are made of plastic, which is significantly more durable and practical for much of the world.*

Making More Safe Injections Possible

Filling and correctly using a traditional syringe requires professional training, which can be a barrier to wider use of injectable medicines. Where regulators approve, prefilled formats can be deployed that require a simpler training regimen. This could enable more injections by healthcare workers, and potentially even self-injections by patients.
