Bo Kowalczyk
Chief Commercial Officer

Bo Kowalczyk is the Chief Commercial Officer. His expertise and extensive industry knowledge and leadership in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries spans almost 30 years.

Prior to joining ApiJect, Bo served as the Vice President of Sales, North America, for Syngene International’s Chemical Development and Manufacturing division, where he aligned operational expertise with prospecting efforts to target the right opportunities and maximize client satisfaction.

He served as President with Eurofins Bioanalytical Services where was responsible for division strategy, P&L, M&A support, corporate partnerships, and day-to-day operations for large molecule Bioanalysis.  As Global Vice President Business Development and Marketing with Eurofins Bioanalytical Services he led efforts to integrate Bioanalytical Services with Eurofins Central Lab Services to provide seamless services for clinical trial logistics and sample testing support. Additionally, he provided support for Global Business Development within BioPharma Services at Eurofins and was responsible for sales operations, analytics, technology/platforms, and sales and marketing. He led key strategic initiatives related to sales and operational effectiveness, prospective client targeting, technology alignments, and service line expansion within BioPharma Services.  Immediately preceding this assignment, Bo served as Vice President, Business Development and Marketing at AIT Bioscience where he successfully grew sales & profitability over a 5-year period in part by creating a network of 3rd party preclinical toxicology service providers allowing AIT Bioscience earlier access to promising therapeutic candidates moving into clinical trials. 

Bo holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry Degree from DePaul University, a Master of Science Degree in Chemistry from Illinois Institute of Technology, and an MBA in Marketing and Management from the University of Illinois.
